At Cruise Nightly, we are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of our users' personal information. This policy outlines the types of personal information that we collect and how we use it.

Information Collection and Use
Cruise Nightly only collects the necessary information required to operate the application. We collect email addresses and passwords, which are securely stored using Google's Firebase Authentication. Message data is privately stored using Google's Firebase Authentication and Google's Firebase Security Rules, and only the sender and the recipient have access to the data. We do not collect any data outside of our application and we do not collect any data that is not inputted or relevant to the operation of the application.
Event data is required to be shared for the app to function as intended. Private club event data can only be accessed within the app by users with keys that are managed by the club.

Information Sharing
Cruise Nightly will not share personal information with any third-party companies, organizations or individuals outside of the Cruise Nightly team, except in the following circumstances:

• When we have users' consent to share the information.

• When we are required to do so by law.

• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect users' safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or respond to a government request.
